By accessing and using the iieir tech financial analytics platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of our expenditure management tools, visual analytics features, and forecasting services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iieir tech, a financial technology company operating from our offices in Ireland. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Platform Services

Our platform provides advanced financial analytics tools designed to help users track spending patterns, forecast costs, and identify optimization opportunities. Services include but are not limited to:

3. Service Fees and Billing

Access to our financial analytics platform is provided under a subscription-based model. Current pricing tiers and associated features are clearly displayed on our platform dashboard. All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable Irish VAT.

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during registration. Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Late payment may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Additional charges may apply for premium features, enhanced data processing capabilities, or expedited customer support services. All fee changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of subscription fees beyond the grace period
• Violation of these terms of service
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Misuse of platform resources or attempts to compromise system security

Account holders will receive 48-hour advance notice of suspension when possible, except in cases of immediate security threats or legal requirements.
